During the first half of 2024, Fanatics managed to secure a window spot in 40 different LIDS stores across Europe, including 6 flagship stores in London. For both campaigns, the same Nike Diamond was used to sell MLB product, which in turn would be distributed by Fanatics. The task was to create window, in-store, and digital graphics with the guidelines provided, plus our own photography and approved creative ideas.

The inspiration for both windows came directly from the brand guidelines, whether it be the colours, fonts, or the pattern. Each window had different dimensions, so the creative had to be adjusted. Each respective creative had to be utilised across multiple mediums, from social posts to security tower inserts, and I had to make sure the creative was flexible in a way that it would still look presentable and relevant in each format, no matter the shape or size.

On both occasions, the entire team was thrilled with the outcome and rollout of the campaign, and seeing the finished Nike Diamond creative in each LIDS store was a great moment. The process was quite lengthy, relative to a normal project timeline during my time in this role, but being the first time Fanatics had done anything like this, the development and experience we gained from the first campaign was huge, and this was evident by the smoothness of the second process.
The experience I gained for these campaigns was immense, and I was able to gain significant insight into the entire process, from having input in the creative direction of the photoshoot, to creating installation guides for the teams at LIDS.
